The house was spotlessly clean and had lots of extras like a stocked kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. It was very comfortable with lots of space and a garage for parking. The communication with the owner was good and there were nice touches like a bottle of local cider and cake on arrival.

Loved the outdoor furniture on the lovely terrace. Grocery shops and restaurants were conveniently close, perfect for lazy evenings. And who needs WiFi when you can enjoy the "peace and quiet" of no internet connection?

The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with great facilities. The decor and style of the gite were beautiful, creating a lovely ambience. I also appreciated the separate toilet on the ground floor, as it was convenient for those who struggled with stairs. The close proximity to the town centre was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions to explore. the availability of a garage was a bonus, especially for those who had difficulty finding on-street parking.

While the property had great amenities, it would have been handy to have an iron and ironing board for longer stays. the small kettle that leaked was a minor inconvenience.
